Copyright Policy
Tag Interactive respects the rights of authors, artists, studios and publishers, and expects members to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on Tagg that you believe infringes your copyright or trademark, and what happens next.

Our approach
Members may post only content they own or have permission to use, as the Terms of Service require. We respond to clear notices of alleged infringement under the Federal Decree-Law on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights of the United Arab Emirates and other laws that apply to us. We accept notices from rights holders anywhere in the world, including notices in the format used under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Reviews often quote or show small parts of a work to discuss it. Short quotations used for criticism or review, with the work identified, are generally permitted by law, and we take that into account.
Reporting infringement
Email support@tagg.lol with “Copyright report” in the subject line. Members can also report a profile or collection for copyright from its menu in Tagg. Your notice must include:
- your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is infringed;
- the exact location of the content on Tagg, such as the link to the review, profile, collection, image or sticker;
- whether you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them, and, if you act for someone else, their name;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
- your physical or electronic signature, which can be your typed full name.
We may not be able to act on an incomplete notice. We may ask you for more information.
What happens next
We review each complete notice. If it is valid, we remove the content or disable access to it, usually within a few working days. We tell the member who posted it, and we may give them a copy of the notice, including your name and the work concerned, so they can respond. We do not share your postal address or telephone number unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
If your content was removed
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to support@tagg.lol with “Copyright counter-notice” in the subject line. Include:
- your full name, postal address, telephone number and the email address on your Tagg account;
- the content that was removed and where it appeared;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and why;
- your agreement that the person who sent the notice may contact you about legal proceedings, and that we may share your counter-notice with them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 working days that they have started legal proceedings about the content, we may restore it.
Repeat infringement
We limit features for, suspend or close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe other people’s rights, in appropriate circumstances.
Misuse of this process
Do not send a notice or counter-notice that you know is false or misleading. We may decline notices that appear to be abusive, and you may be legally responsible for any harm a false notice causes.
Catalogue artwork and information
Posters, covers, stills, synopses and other catalogue material on Tagg come from licensed sources listed on the Credits page. If you are the rights holder for catalogue material and want it corrected or removed, email us with the details above. We will correct it on Tagg and, where needed, raise it with the source.
Tagg’s own rights
The Tagg name, wordmark, artwork and designs belong to Tag Interactive. To report misuse of them, write to support@tagg.lol.
