What you can buy
- Tagg Edition is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that adds features such as custom artwork, unlimited collections, extra artwork storage and expanded Tagg Sense. It renews automatically.
- The OG Launch Pass is a single payment that includes three months of Edition, a permanent OG badge and launch decorations. It does not renew. When the three months end, the badge and decorations stay, and Edition ends unless you subscribe.
- Stamps are Tagg’s virtual currency. You earn them by using Tagg or buy them in packs, and spend them on profile decorations in the Shop. Edition members get a discount on decorations.
The features included in each plan are shown before you buy. Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are collected by the App Store or our reseller and included in the total shown at checkout, which is the amount you pay.
Where you pay
In the Tagg app
Purchases in the app for iPhone and iPad are made through Apple’s App Store and charged to your Apple account when you confirm. Apple processes the payment under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and we receive confirmation of the purchase, not your payment details.
On the website
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our website orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply, and Paddle sends your receipt.
An Edition subscription bought on one platform is managed on that platform. It is linked to your Tagg account and unlocks Edition wherever you sign in.
Renewal and cancellation
Edition subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. An introductory or launch price applies only for the period stated at checkout; after that, the subscription renews at the regular price shown at checkout. If the regular price changes, we or the store will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before then.
- App Store: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or choose Manage subscription on Tagg’s Subscriptions page. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one.
- Website: go to Settings › Billing on the Tagg website, or use the link in your receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
When you cancel, Edition stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the current period. Features that need Edition are no longer available, but ending a subscription does not delete your library, reviews or collections.
Deleting your Tagg account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it with Apple to stop future charges.
If we offer a free trial or introductory price, its length and the price that follows are shown before you start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at the regular price.
Refunds
Purchases of Tagg Edition, the OG Launch Pass, Stamps and decorations are final. We do not refund them, including part of a subscription period, a renewal you did not cancel in time, or Stamps you have not spent, except where the law requires a refund.
When a payment is refunded
- A payment taken in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled in time.
- A fault on our side that stops you using what you paid for, which we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
- If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of the Terms, or materially reduce what Edition includes during a period you have paid for: the unused part of that period.
- A statutory right to withdraw or cancel, where the law where you live gives you one, as described under Your consumer rights.
App Store purchases
Apple handles refunds for purchases made through the App Store under its own policies, and we cannot issue them ourselves. To ask Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, we remove what it paid for, such as Edition access or the refunded Stamps, and decorations bought with refunded Stamps may be removed.
Website purchases
Website orders follow our reseller’s refund policy, under which sales are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. To ask for a refund, use the link in your receipt.
When a payment is refunded, the Edition period, pass or Stamps it paid for are removed. If refunded Stamps have already been spent, your Stamps balance may become negative, and decorations bought with them may be removed.
Stamps and decorations
Stamps and decorations are a licence to use virtual items in Tagg, not property. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged for money, transferred to another account or used outside Tagg. Stamps you buy are delivered to your account straight away.
We may change the decorations available in the Shop and their prices in Stamps. Decorations you have already bought stay in your account. Stamps and decorations end when your account is deleted or closed, and they are not refunded, except where the law requires.
Promotional codes
Codes and offers we give out have their own conditions, which are shown when you redeem them. They have no cash value and cannot be resold, and we may cancel codes that are misused.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including the laws of the United Arab Emirates and of the country where you live.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, and some other countries give a similar right. Because Edition and Stamps are supplied straight away, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate access. For digital content such as Stamps, that agreement means the right of withdrawal ends once they are delivered. For an Edition subscription, if you withdraw within 14 days of the first payment, you may be charged for the part of the period you have already used. Use the link in your receipt for website orders, or ask Apple for App Store purchases.
Billing problems
If you see a charge you do not recognise or think you were charged twice, write to support@tagg.lol with the date, amount and receipt number, or use the link in your receipt. Never send us your full card number or your password.
